Doess the Metaphyscial Bible Dictionary, by Charles Fillmore, define bible names with Hebraic meanings?

I am interested in learning the meaning of the names in the Bible. This book claims to give the "esocteric" meaning of the names, but does that mean they are giving the actual Hebraic interpretations of the names?|||I don't know about Filmore, but Strong's Concordance gives the meanings of names.
