I'm looking for meanings of as many frat and soro names as possible. Our youth group is trying to come up with a new name and I thought the Gals could be Chi Alpha (fot Christ First) but I need something with meaning for the guys. Or two names for guys and an extra name for girls since we split up via age group.
Thanks!|||Well ''Alpha'' and ''Omega''!
Name Alpha the girls and Omega the boys!
''Alpha'' (伪) is the very first letter in our alphabet,
''Omega'' (蠅) is the last letter.
The alpha and omega is also used when you are saying this is the top priority thing or this is something very aware of!
Well just use it ha ha!
Beers!|||Hideaways, Go-Go's, Pussycat Dolls, or, Bill Nigy's Backing Band in "Love actually."|||We do not have frat or sorority names. Not a tradition. The "Greeks" is a US invention. If we do name projects institutions or what not we give them the full ancient names no acronyms. So you will find things like Pythagoras or Kalikratis. There is a banking system called Dias/ Zeus. If you know your history or mythology you can approximately guess from the name what the thing is all about.|||What does the Greek travel section has to do with Frat names?
For crying out loud you peoplee so not even know how to pronounce the Greek letters properly....
