What are the meanings of the vietnamese names phu and vinh?

Considering that most Vietnamese names get their definitions from Chinese words / characters, it's better to translate them to Chinese first:

Phu in Vietnamese = pronounced "Fu" in most Chinese dialects = written as 富 in both Traditional Chinese %26amp; Simplified Chinese means "wealth/riches/prosperous", etc...

Vinh in Vietnamese = "Wing" in Cantonese = "Rong" in Mandarin = 榮 in Traditional Chinese %26amp; 荣 in Simplified Chinese means "thriving, flourishing, or glorious", etc...
