Unusual first names and their meanings?

I'm looking for some unusual first names for both boys and girls and their meanings as well. They can be from any nationality or language. It's for a story I've been writing but I can't think of names for the characters!|||If it's a story, think about how their parents chose names. Come up with characters and personalities for their parents, think about the age and stage of life they were at when they gave them their names.





If you want a realistic story, name them the same way people name real children... they don't know what kind of person their kid will be when they name them, so you shouldn't name them based on what type of character they are, unless their name caused them to be the way they are (like a bully named Leslie who hates his name and beats up anyone who laughs at it)|||Girls:
